  • The Website Revamp Package is what we recommend! It’s just what you need for a new fresh website for yourself & your brand.

  • It really depends on the project. Our websites take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the package you choose. Additionally, we offer 48 hours of free website maintenance after we finish your site. This allows for any additional small changes and ensures everything is to your liking.

  • We absolutely positively request that you have your branding finished before your project start date.

    We also ask that you have a domain, but this an be purchased as we’re designing.

    Failure to provide all requirements beforehand may result in a fee.

  • Currently, We only work with Squarespace. This way we can easily accommodate both Service-Based & Product-Based Businesses. We often encourage our clients to use (or switch to) this platform as we believe it is the best.

    The number of integrations already established are total selling points for us & our clients! Scheduling, eCommerce, and email campaigns are just a few of our favorites.

  • Yes! We understand investing in a website can be a big deal and can be expensive. Especially to just starting businesses. We offer a split 50/50 payment plan where you pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your space & then 50% due upon completion of the project.

    We can also offer 33/33/34 payment options. 33% due upfront as a non-refundable deposit to hold your space, 33% due on your project start date, and 34% due upon completion of the project.

  • You absolutely do! As soon as it’s done being built, it is yours! You will own any graphics or images that were created during the building process, as well.

  • We’re mind-readers. Just kidding! Before we start, we hop on a call to learn about what you’re looking for. After that, we have a detailed questionnaire we send where you can insert any branding you already have, color palettes, photos, etc.

  • THAT IS SOMETHING WE CAN TOTALLY ACCOMMODATE! WE TOTALLY GET THAT YOU MAY NEED MORE PAGES ABOUT SERVICES, PROCESSES, PRODUCTS, ETC.

When it comes to designing your website we don’t mess around. It is our H I G H E S T priority that we create your exact vision for your personalized website.

STEP 1

Strategy meeting & initial design: Solstice Collective meets up to map out EXACTLY our plan of attack. We then get to work! this is after receiving your homework, questionnaire, etc.

STEP 2

present first draft: We will present our first draft of your website. this will take place through a link & password or preview URL.

STEP 3

you send feedback: you send us your thoughts! Please let us know what you like, don’t like, changes, etc. We can do this twice! All we ask id you get your changes to us within one business day. This ensures we stay on schedule.

STEP 4

final revisions: After your second revision round, we will complete everything you asked to be changed. We take this feedback and revise it again (if needed)!

STEP 5

It’s all yours!: pop the champagne! 🍾 Your website is handed over to you here. We also include 48 hours of free website maintenance to guarantee everything is running smoothly.
