  • We prefer all communication is done via email. This keeps us all on the same page! We also include a shared Google Drive for you to upload any photos, inspo, and branding!

WEBSITE DESIGN

  • The Website Revamp Package is what we recommend! It’s just what you need for a new fresh website for yourself & your brand.

  • It really depends on the project. Our websites take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the package you choose. Additionally, we offer 48 hours of free website maintenance after we finish your site. This allows for any additional small changes and ensures everything is to your liking.

  • We only work with Squarespace and Showit. This way we can easily accommodate both Service-Based & Product-Based Businesses. We often encourage our clients to use (or switch to) these platforms as we believe they are the best. The number of integrations already established are total selling points for us & our clients! Scheduling, eCommerce, and email campaigns are just a few of our favorites.

  • Yes! We understand investing in a website can be a big deal and can be expensive. Especially to just starting businesses. We offer a split 50/50 payment plan where you pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your space & then 50% due upon completion of the project.

    We can also offer 33/33/34 payment options. 33% due upfront as a non-refundable deposit to hold your space, 33% due on your project start date, and 34% due upon completion of the project.

  • You absolutely do! As soon as it’s done being built, it is yours! You will own any graphics or images that were created during the building process, as well.

  • We’re mind-readers. Just kidding! Before we start, we hop on a call to learn about what you’re looking for. After that, we have a detailed questionnaire we send where you can insert any branding you already have, color palettes, photos, etc.
